Our website logo is an image of the Nabatean goddess Atargatis. This statue can be seen at the Cincinnati Museum of Art. The Nabateans established a trade network and florished during the first century BC and the first century AD in Palestine. Their capital city was Petra. This image is from the site of a temple at Khirbet Tannur in Jordan excavated by Nelson Glueck. (photo by John Wineland)
